Shipping Policy

We process and ship all in-stock orders within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Methods

We ship orders within the United States using United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping options and costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. There are no hidden fees.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been shipped, delivery delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of Scents by Piaroa.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the order will be treated as a customer return. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Scents by Piaroa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the possession of the carrier. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the carrier directly. We will gladly assist when possible.
