Refund policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, fragrances and personal care products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, in its original sealed packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Non-returnable items include:
- Opened or used fragrances
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
We only accept returns or replacements in the following cases:
- The item arrived damaged
- The wrong item was shipped
- Manufacturing defect (verified upon inspection)
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us before sending any item back. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or missing refunds

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. To request an exchange, contact us at info@scentsbypiaroa.com before returning the item.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
